Since I was devastated by the cancellation of Happy Endings, I was thrilled that the character of Max is still around in some aspect. For any other Happy Endings fans put there, Damon Wayans Jr. will be back on New Girl and Eliza Coupe will be guest-starring on the CBS comedy The Millers. The secondary characters on this show: Betsy (Zoe Jarmen), Beverly (BethGrant), and Tamra (Xosha Roquemore) are amazing.  They may only have one or two lines an episode, but it is something that always delivers a lot of laughs.  It took a whole season to find a group of minor characters that mesh well together and they have found it with these three ladies.  I am hoping for bigger stories for all three as the season progresses. They are doing this by cutting labor by huge amounts therefore forcing mangers to schedule 1-2 employees per department if that. They want the customers to wait so long in the store that they leave and hopefully buy online instead. They are also forcing employees to cross train in other departments so even if you do somehow get some help they are going to be googling the answers to your questions which will also make you upset and want to leave the store. There are also rumors of a 2nd wave of layoffs so even if you did survive the 1st one they will be getting rid of all full time employees that aren't sups or managers. They only want sups and above to get full time hours and the benefits.
